In No Time

Mommy and Daddy seem to think I will be crawling in no time! I usually spin my self around in a circle on my tummy time blanket and Daddy recently witnessed me scooting myself backwards. Please pay no attention to the remnants of my dinner which are in the base of my nose. I mentioned in an earlier post that I was a messy eater, so don't feel bad Mommy that you missed it during cleanup.

Softball Season

Tonight I attended the Decepticons softball game. They are a coed softball team sponsored by Blough Handyman Service The weather was cooler, so I was all bundled up! Daddy had to bring me home early because I was a litte fussy and ready for bed.

My 1st Veggie!

Tonight I tried my first vegetable "PEAS" Mommy and Daddy said I did a great job and that I am a good little eater. I look forward to trying a new veggie or fruit next week!

Rainy Weekend

This weekend all it seemed to do was rain...Saturday Mommy and I spent some quality girl time SHOPPING (Martina's favorite) and then had dinner with Nana, The Rineer Family and Nanny. Sunday we just relaxed at home.

My 1st CLPC Chicken and Waffle Dinner

Each year our church hosts a chicken and waffle dinner. This year mommy and I attended it with Aunt Amy, Uncle Rick, Uncle Rick's parents, Nanny, Dolores (one of Nanny's friends) and baby Anna! Before Mommy arrived I enjoyed dinner with Aunt Abby, Uncle Greg, Uncle Greg's parents and Emily. Nana was there, but she was working in the cake room...that's my kind of room : )

For those of you who don't know....I LOVE bath time! I enjoy kicking back in my tub and splashing the water with my feet.

Halloween Costume

Today my Halloween costume was delivered, so Mommy and Daddy decided to try it on me. I am not quite sure what Halloween is all about, but I enjoyed looking at myself in the mirror. Mommy will post pictures closer to Halloween.

This morning at 10:57 AM Aunt Amy and Uncle Rick welcomed AnnaMarie Violet to the world! Baby Anna decided to join us 3 1/2 weeks early...here are her stats:

Even though my chubby little thighs were tender and I was running a fever (side effects from my 5 month shots) I am still all smiles!

5 Month Checkup

This morning I had my 5 month checkup which meant an oral vaccine and 3 SHOTS! Mommy and I hate the shots part of my well baby checkups. Here is the breakdown of my visit:

15 lbs 12 oz (90th percentile for weight)
27" long (off the chart)
16.5" head circumference (75th percentile)

The doctor told Mommy I am a beautiful, happy, healthy and alert baby girl. I am right on track socially and developmentally. I go back in 2 months for my 7 month checkup....Mommy and I hope NO SHOTS this visit : )
